Matt’s passion for physical activity started during his time at an elite-level soccer academy, where he fell in love with training and staying in shape. Since then he has earned his degree from Mohawk College’s Health, Wellness, and Fitness program, and continues to grow his knowledge everyday.
Matt is experienced in instructing boot camp-style workouts and High-Intensity Interval Training classes, along with personalized training. He also does youth strength and development work with the Hamilton Sparta Soccer Club. He is best known however for offering sound advice and words of encouragement to keep clients motivated.
Matt’s focus is always on making fitness an enjoyable, accessible, and a positive experience. He is committed to empowering others to adopt healthy lifestyle habits as lifelong goals, sharing his knowledge through positivity and inclusiveness.
When he’s not coaching or working out at Revive studio, you can find Matt playing local soccer or enjoying outdoor activities with his dog Phoebe, such as hiking and swimming.
